Accepted payment methods are Zelle and Bitcoin only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, checks, or any other payment method at this time. By submitting an order, you agree to tender payment via one of these methods within 24 hours of order placement. Orders for which payment is not received within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled at our sole discretion.
Your order is not confirmed or accepted until we have verified receipt of your payment in full. A payment confirmation from our end constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inability to verify buyer eligibility, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or concerns about compliance with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your shipping address and contact details. Titan Peptides is not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled or delivered due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer. Any additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund, no-return policy, that it is a material term of this agreement, and that no representations, warranties, or assurances made by any party outside of these Terms alter or supersede this policy. Titan Peptides ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or freight forwarding addresses at this time. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the Products ordered are legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Estimated delivery windows provided by carriers are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on carrier operations, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon our handoff of the package to the carrier. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and you have received a tracking number, Titan Peptides bears no further liability for the condition, location, or delivery of the package. Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, your use of the Site, or any Product purchased from Titan Peptides shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Florida. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages beyond what is permitted under these Terms.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND TITAN PEPTIDES EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If a court or arbitrator finds this waiver unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be resolved in court.
Jury Trial Waiver. TO THE EXTENT ANY DISPUTE IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND TITAN PEPTIDES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. All such disputes shall be resolved by a judge sitting without a jury.
Any claim you have against Titan Peptides must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or the claim is permanently barred. This limitations period applies regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Titan Peptides with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, or representations, whether written or oral.
