1. Our No-Refund Policy

All sales made through Titan Peptides are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue full or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, duplicate orders, or any other circumstance not explicitly described in Section 4 of this policy.

Research peptides are perishable, temperature-sensitive compounds. Once a product leaves our facility, we have no ability to verify or guarantee that proper storage conditions — including cold-chain integrity — have been maintained. This makes the resale or reuse of any returned compound scientifically and ethically untenable.

2. Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Our no-return policy is not arbitrary — it is grounded in scientific, legal, and quality-assurance realities specific to research-grade compounds:

We stand behind our quality. If you receive a product that does not match the specification documented on the COA, contact us immediately. That is the appropriate channel for a quality dispute — not a return request.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before payment is sent. Titan Peptides accepts payment via Zelle and Bitcoin. The cancellation window closes the moment payment is received and confirmed on our end.

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing queue immediately. At that point, cancellation is not available.

To avoid unwanted orders, review all order details carefully before initiating any payment. If you are uncertain about a product, consult our product pages, COA documents, or contact support before purchasing.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

This section describes the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.

If we ship the wrong product — meaning a product that differs from what you ordered — we will reship the correct item at no additional cost to you. This is our sole remedy in all cases. No cash refund will be issued under any circumstance.

To initiate a reship claim for an incorrect item, you must:

We will review your claim, verify the discrepancy against our fulfillment records, and reship the correct product upon confirmation. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation will not be eligible for reship.

Damaged-in-transit claims must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging and photograph the damage before opening or disturbing the shipment. We will work with you to assess the situation, but no cash refund will be issued — resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

This exception applies exclusively to fulfillment errors on our part. It does not apply to: dissatisfaction with results, ordering the wrong product yourself, product degradation due to improper storage after delivery, or any other circumstance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Titan Peptides makes no warranty that any product will meet your specific research requirements or produce any particular result. Our sole obligation in the event of a verified defect is as described in Section 4 above — reship of the correct item, at our sole and absolute discretion.

6. Force Majeure

Titan Peptides shall not be liable for any failure or delay in processing, shipping, or fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, supply chain failures, or any other force majeure event. No refund, credit, or reship obligation arises from delays caused by such events.

7. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Titan Peptides with respect to returns, refunds, and remedies, and supersedes all prior representations or understandings on the subject. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
