1. Domestic Shipping Only
Titan Peptides ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Please contact us before placing your order — delivery to military addresses may require additional verification and handling time.
- PO Boxes: Delivery to PO Box addresses may be limited depending on carrier and package size. USPS generally supports PO Box delivery; UPS does not. Select your shipping method accordingly.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. We accept Zelle and Bitcoin — processing begins only after payment is confirmed, not initiated.
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, processing may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Estimated delivery windows begin after your order has been handed to the carrier.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
The following carriers and services are available at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Titan Peptides does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Carrier estimates are subject to weather, volume, and other factors outside our control. Do not place an order requiring delivery by a fixed deadline.
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you upon shipment. You can track your package directly:
- USPS orders: usps.com
- UPS orders: ups.com
Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect an update. Tracking events may not appear immediately after label creation.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or a secure location on your property.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
- Contact the carrier directly to file an inquiry.
- Reach out to us after completing these steps.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at the time we hand the package to the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility and is in carrier custody, Titan Peptides bears no responsibility for its condition, location, or delivery outcome.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost or delayed by the carrier
- Packages stolen after delivery (porch theft)
- Packages damaged in transit
- Carrier misrouting or incorrect delivery scans
If your package is lost: File a claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number. We will provide documentation to assist your claim where possible but do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-confirmed lost shipments.
If your package arrives damaged: Retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and assist where we reasonably can. No guarantees of replacement or refund are made for carrier-caused damage.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
Titan Peptides shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipment due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, carrier strikes or service suspensions, supply chain disruptions, or any other force majeure event. No refund, credit, or reshipment obligation arises from shipping delays or failures caused by such events.
All shipping-related warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any specific delivery date. Our total liability for any shipping-related claim is capped at the shipping fee paid on the affected order. All other claims are governed by the limitation of liability and arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.
If any provision of this Shipping Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, which constitutes the entire agreement between you and Titan Peptides regarding shipping and delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided — we do not verify or modify addresses before dispatch.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
- If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (insufficient address, no such number, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you. Reshipping fees apply — the original shipping charge is not refunded and a new shipping charge will be assessed before reshipment.
- If you realize an address error immediately after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will attempt to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee we will intercept it in time.
